Strategic IT and Tools Planning:
Contribute to the development of IT strategies, selection of tools and services, vendor selection, negotiation, and management.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical and troubleshooting support for staff to ensure business continuity.
IT Security and Compliance:
