Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with a deep understanding of business processes and a strong background in configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and will be responsible for leading projects, ensuring the seamless integration of solutions, and providing guidance to teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across various modules (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) in line with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure Dynamics 365 based on industry best practices and customized solutions.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 projects, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide training and guidance to users on Dynamics 365 features and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and IT teams to ensure timely and effective deployment of solutions.
- Design data migration strategies and ensure seamless data transfer to Dynamics 365.
- Stay updated on the latest features, releases, and updates in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customization, and user manuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics (AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365).
- Expertise: In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.).
- Proficient in customizing forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports within Dynamics 365.
- Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 integrations with third-party applications.
- Experience in data migration, system upgrades, and cloud deployments.
- Strong understanding of business processes and industry-specific needs.
- Proven experience in project management or leading implementation teams.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams to implement solutions.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
