• Experience:

3-4 years

• Key Responsibilities:

Designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet client requirements

• Customizing and configuring CRM modules, forms, workflows, and plugins

Integrating CRM with other systems and applications

• Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients

Conducting system testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality deliverables

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and customization

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization tools (e.g., Ribbon Workbench, XrmToolBox)

• Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, data model, and customization capabilities

Experience with CRM web services, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
