Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of experience in implementing, customizing, and configuring Dynamics CRM solutions. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the CRM business process, as well as experience with Dynamics CRM 365 online and on-premises.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics CRM to meet business needs
• Design, develop, and deploy custom workflows, plugins, and reports
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders
• Perform data migration and integration with third-party applications
• Participate in project planning and scoping activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and customization
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM business process
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with Dynamics CRM 365 online and on-premises
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Apps
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
