Job Description
We are looking for a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Administrator to manage and improve our Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). The ideal candidate will handle administration, customization, environment management, performance optimization, and solution migration to ensure our systems run smoothly and support our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Dynamics 365 CRM Administration:
- Set up and manage Dynamics 365 CRM (customize forms, workflows, dashboards, and security roles).
- Manage user accounts and permissions to keep data secure.
- User & Data migration from other applications to D365 CRM.
- Build reports and dashboards to provide business/Application insights.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems like Office 365, Telephony, Email, Teams, SharePoint and other business applications.
- Power Platform Administration:
- Deploy and support Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Power Platform components performance issues.
- Ensure Power Platform tools are used securely and in line with organization security & access policies.
- Help users build and use apps, workflows, and reports with Power Platform.
- Environment Management:
- Set up and maintain environments for development, testing, and production.
- Manage environment lifecycle, including updates, testing, and moving apps and workflows between environments.
- Ensure Microsoft guidelines and policies are followed in environment management.
- Solution Management & Migration:
- Manage solutions between multiple Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
- Migrate solutions from development to production, ensuring everything works as expected with minimal disruption.
- Work with teams to test and troubleshoot issues during solution migration.
- Document solution management and migration processes.
- Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution:
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues like slow loading times and integration problems.
- Manage storage in Dynamics Tenant.
- Troubleshoot cloud flows, apps, query, and system issues that affect performance.
- Work with internal teams and Microsoft support to resolve critical issues.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance:
- Manage Health Center and update internal team on updates / Outages from Microsoft.
- Analyze Microsoft releases and apply updates as well as patches with minimal impact on the business.
- Ensure system backups and disaster recovery processes are in place.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide support and training for internal team.
- Create user guides and documentation to help people use the system effectively.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure the system complies with data governance, security, and company policies.
- Work with IT and business teams to ensure the platforms meet business needs.
Required Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of strong Experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform tools.
- Understanding of solution management and migrating solutions between environments (development to production).
- Experience in managing environments for development, testing, and production.
- Skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to build apps, workflows, and dashboards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to create documentation.
