Overview
The Microsoft Dynamics 2012 Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 2012 systems within the organization. They are responsible for ensuring that the Microsoft Dynamics 2012 platform meets the business needs and objectives, and they provide leadership and technical expertise to drive successful projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 2012 system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on Microsoft Dynamics 2012 capabilities and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Oversee the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 2012 with other business systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Microsoft Dynamics 2012 environment.
- Support and mentor junior team members in enhancing their technical skills.
- Lead the resolution of technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 2012 features and updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading Microsoft Dynamics 2012 projects.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 2012 is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in system implementation and customization.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 2012.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to perform technical analysis and provide innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
