Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize solutions within the Sales Module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

- Utilize your proficiency in C#.NET to implement business logic and - integrate CRM with other systems.

- Design and implement Web APIs to facilitate data exchange between Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications.

- Configure and customize XML-based entities, forms, and views to optimize user experience and meet business needs.

- Enhance user interface and functionality using JavaScript to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences.

- Design and develop Model Driven Apps to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.

- Implement Plugins to automate business processes and enforce business rules within the CRM platform.

- Create Actions to encapsulate custom business logic and expose them as callable methods.

- Configure and optimize Workflows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.

- Customize the Command bar to provide users with quick access to relevant actions and functionalities.

- Utilize SDK Tools to extend the capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM and integrate with third-party systems.

- Explore and recommend third-party tools for integration to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the CRM solution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in developing and customizing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, particularly in the Sales Module.

- Proficiency in C#.NET, Web APIs, XML, JavaScript, and related technologies.

- Experience with Model Driven Apps, Plugins, Actions, Workflows, and Command bar customization.

- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data model, and security model.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Experience with third-party tools integration and recommending optimal solutions.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
