Lead the design and development of solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Map business processes and requirements to the Dynamics 365 system.
Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application and evaluate the customer s business processes against the standard Dynamics 365 functionality.
Actively involved in all stages of project lifecycle including, planning, design, development, testing, training, and support.
Provide detailed business process and system advice during the delivery of pre-sales activities.
Drive the effective transition of requirements and deliver a clear and well-structured functional specification for the technical team.
Support the technical team during development phases.
Conduct acceptance testing and lead user training sessions.
Requirements:
Minimum 9 years of relevant experience as a Functional Consultant within Microsoft Dynamics CRMs, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365.
Proficient in modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service and Project Service Automation.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Cloud Environment, and Power Platform.
Proven experience translating business objectives and end-user needs into functional and system requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage projects, and orchestrate workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of agile methodology and full project lifecycle.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant field.
Relevant Microsoft certifications are considered a plus
