Job Description:

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Azure PaaS, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Microsoft Azure PaaS-based production systems and services, ensuring high availability and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Azure PaaS, including performance, security, and scalability issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage delivery for production systems and services, ensuring adherence to operational requirements and service agreement. - Develop and maintain operational documentation, including runbooks, standard operating procedures, and incident reports. - Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24x7 support for production systems and services. Professional & Technical Skills: -

Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Good To Have Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Azure Container Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Microsoft Azure Infra Transformation.

Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

Experience with automation tools such as Azure Automation and PowerShell. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
