Microbiologist

Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced microbiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the job market context of India. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing and analysis, developing and implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing and analysis on a variety of samples
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including ISO and FDA regulations
• Maintain accurate records of testing procedures and results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new testing methods and protocols
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues and clients
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations and processes

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a microbiology role
• Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods and procedures
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, including ISO and FDA regulations
• Experience with quality control measures and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and laboratory software applications
