About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MICE Sales Manager to join our team. As a MICE Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue through the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored proposals, and ensure the successful delivery of events. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the MICE industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the MICE sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams including event planning, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless event execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to showcase event venues and facilities.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and pricing packages to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in MICE sales or related field, with at least 4 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the MICE industry, including trends, key players, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
