Job Description
- Candidate must have minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in corporate MICE sales
- Corporate MICE sales experience preferably in hotel, aviation & Travel sales,
- Candidate is required to develop a relationship with corporate C-suites
- Should have consultative/entrepreneurial bent of mind to generate MICE leads and close Group/ MICE Sales.
- Should have a stable career track record in MICE sales.
- Full sales cycle ownership - lead generation to conversion along with revenue metrics.
- Planning and achieving sales targets.
- Generating Mice business from new accounts and expanding existing client base to achieve consistent profitability.
- Responsible for developing a sales strategy to ensure that sales targets and revenue goals are achieved.
- To ensure deliverables are met within the timeframe of all the sales process.
- Develops and maintains effective network within the business community and industry.
- Develop, maintain and nurture long term relationships with top accounts and key client decision-makers.
- Imparting training to new recruits and making them wiser to achieve their pre-planned business targets
