About this Opportunity: MICE Sales
Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients for MICE services.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
Event Planning And Coordination
Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
Plan and organize meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (hotels, venues, caterers, AV suppliers, etc.) to ensure smooth
execution of events.
Oversee the logistical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodation, and onsite management.
Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Budget Management:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, event planning, or a related role in the MICE industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of event management software is a plus.
