Key Responsibilities:
- Studying market trends about luxury travel destinations and curating itineraries that appeal to corporate groups of travellers.
- Scouting for hotels, local transport, events, and experiences at targeted locations in alignment with the protocols of AaBee and negotiating on the service quality and fees with the vendors.
- Collaboratively designing itineraries for clients while also taking into consideration preferences of individuals in the group within the stipulated timelines.
- Booking hotels, local travel, experiences, events, etc in alignment with the itinerary.
- Adhering to standard operating procedures for all sub-processes of the department with the aim to enhance data security, service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Resolving all client queries and issues before and during the trip, in collaboration with the key account manager.
Required qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience in luxury services, preferably in the travel, hospitality and luxury event management industry.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience curating travel itineraries for MICE clients.
- Demonstrated success in managing HNI/UHNI clients and delivering outstanding service.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
