We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MiCAR Regulatory Project Manager (Fixed-term contract) who will be responsible for working on Project MiCAR with the core team.
In this function you will be responsible for the following:
- Creating the required documents for the MiCAR license application and Service Level Agreement description for the Outsourcing Contracts
- Researching for existing material, getting alignment with stakeholders by organizing meetings, workshops and documenting the outcome in a professional manner
- Drafting, reviewing and compiling regulatory and legal documents
- Ensure consistency of the deliverables with the overall solution through review of other documentation and follow-up on any open topics
- Management of getting the final sign-off of the deliverables
- Organizing the work by creating workplans and tracking the work of himself and others, providing status on progress, delays and perform required escalations

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in compliance, legal or working on regulatory projects
- Self-starter, work independently, good listener and fast learner
- Able to organize his own work and drive high quality deliverables
- Good communicator, able to organize and lead focused meetings/workshops, excellent at capturing and aligning outcomes
- Fluent in English to create professional documents
- Experience with Outsourcing agreements and Service Level Agreements a plus
- Familiarity with regulatory topics, policies and operations a plus
- Crypto and regulatory experience preferred
