Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and manage data related to mining and metal operations to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for various departments.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and databases.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their data requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of data management systems.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in training team members on data management best practices and tools.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in the mining or metal industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy Engineering.
• Proficiency in data analysis and management tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
