We're seeking a talented and results-oriented Digital Advertising Specialist to join our growing team in Baner, Pune. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across both Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads) and Google Ads platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience analysis for both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay on track.
Monitor campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement A/B testing.
Generate comprehensive reports for clients, clearly communicating campaign performance and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, sales) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads preferred).
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign optimization strategies.
Proven track record of success in achieving client goals through paid advertising.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate campaign results to clients.
Proficiency in using relevant advertising platforms and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
