Position Overview:
MES Consultant - DS4W will manage and resolve MES DS4W issues and support shopfloor teams remotely. DS4W (Digital Support for Workers) is a shop floor solution that supports the workers in grown complexity regarding small lot sizes and growing amounts of variants. Furthermore, it helps to improve quality and safety of employees.
Key Responsibilities
- :MES Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve MES DS4W issues from factories to ensure quick response and minimal disruption
- .Remote Support: Assist shopfloor users remotely, maintaining operational flow and supporting production goals
- .Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in process integration and standardization for efficiency
- .Deployment Support: Support deployment teams, troubleshoot production issues, and manage necessary system integrations
- .Developer Collaboration: Partner with developers to ensure compliance with established processes, enhancing MES quality
- .Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate, analyze root causes, and implement effective troubleshooting and maintenance practices
