Your responsibilities
MES Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve MES DS4W issues from factories to ensure quick response and minimal disruption. Remote Support: Assist shopfloor users remotely, maintaining operational flow and supporting production goals.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in process integration and standardization for efficiency.
- Deployment Support: Support deployment teams, troubleshoot production issues, and manage necessary system integrations.
Your profile
- Strong MES domain knowledge.
- Proven experience in MES systems management and technical troubleshooting.
