We require a seasoned tech veteran who has successfully been at the helm of at least two full-cycle product development projects, orchestrating the development symphony of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Our ideal applicant will have a tenth-degree black belt in problem-solving, a knack for turning complex issues into simple solutions, and a mind that thinks in code. If youve got experience in support ticket management or incident management software, youll find yourself right at home.
Responsibilities
As our MERN Stack Team Lead, you will
- Be the maestro of a talented orchestra of software engineers, steering the design, development, and implementation of our state-of-the-art applications using the MERN stack.
- Spearhead full-cycle product development, ensuring our products meet the strictest quality standards and exceed our customers functionality expectations.
- Navigate the intricate labyrinth of code, ensuring its quality and adherence to our high standards and fostering an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
- Serve as the crossroads between stakeholders and technical realities, translating business needs into a technical language that your team can convert into spectacular products.
- Be the proactive sentinel who identifies, tracks, and resolves technical anomalies before they become issues.
- Guide your team through the rhythmic dance of Agile development, facilitating daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.
- Cultivate a garden of skills within your team, mentoring and coaching each member to bloom into their full potential.
Qualifications
The perfect candidate will bring to the table
- Concrete evidence of previous success as a MERN Stack Developer or similar software engineering role, with a minimum of two full-cycle product development projects.
- Profound proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Impressive project management and team leadership skills, capable of directing a group of creative minds towards a common goal.
- Experience with support ticket management or incident management software will be a meteor-tail wind to your application.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and a strong ability to problem-solve.
