Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for a MERN Full Stack Developer-Technical Lead at Optimal Virtual Employee in Noida. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the development team, handling back-end and front-end web development, software development, and full-stack development tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Full-Stack Development skills
• Front-End Development and CSS expertise
• Experience in leading development teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ Proven experience as a Mern Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

Key skills

• Experience with React Native
• Experience with Mobile app deployment
• Experience with Managerial skills
• Proficiency in MERN stack technologies
• In-depth knowledge of React.js and its core principles.
• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it (such as Express, Strong-Loop, etc.).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
