Mern stack Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and 2-3 years experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and a passion for building innovative web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software meets the required quality standards and is delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows the best practices of software development.
• Develop and maintain high-quality software by conducting code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the knowledge sharing and growth of the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong technical skills in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for building high-quality software.
