MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development: Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using the MERN stack(MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices andcoding standards.2. Frontend Development: Implement user interfaces using React.js, ensuring responsive and dynamic userexperiences. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into functionalcomponents.3. Backend Development: Build robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js. Design and develop RESTful APIs to support frontend functionalities.4. Database Management: Design and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity, security, andperformance. Implement data models and optimize queries for efficient data retrieval.5. Integration and Deployment: Integrate third-party APIs and services as required by the project. Deploy applications on cloud platforms and manage continuousintegration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers,and other developers, to deliver high-quality products. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute toteam knowledge sharing.7. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure smoothoperation of applications. Monitor and improve application performance, security, and scalability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack. Proficiency in JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries. Strong experience with React.js and state management libraries (Redux, Context API). Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js for backend development. Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose for database management. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices. Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript ES6+ features. Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client. Experience with Docker and containerization. Pay: 600,000.00 - 900,000.00 per year
