Job Summary:
Agnito Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer with over 5 years of expertise in developing robust, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications, leveraging their expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. This role requires a highly skilled, team-oriented developer to work on innovative projects from our Bhopal office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration and a rich user experience.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs to improve the application's quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and QA, to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, specifically using the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus).
- Knowledge of frontend build tools and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on product quality and performance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with TypeScript, Redux, and modern frontend libraries.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
