Job Description:
WHY Global Services is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable MERN Stack Trainer to join our dynamic team in Egmore, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development technologies and a desire to teach and inspire the next generation of developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging training sessions on MERN stack technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Design and develop course materials, tutorials, and hands-on projects that enhance learning outcomes.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.
Collaborate with the development team to create real-world projects that students can work on.
Assist in organizing workshops and hackathons to encourage practical application of skills.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
