Responsibilities
- Design engaging training programs for various skill levels.
- Create learning materials (presentations, exercises, quizzes).
- Deliver interactive training sessions (lectures, demos, coding).
- Assess student learning & provide constructive feedback.
- Possess deep expertise in Java, MERN, HTML, CSS.
- Stay updated on advancements and emerging technologies.
- Communicate effectively with students of varying backgrounds.
- Collaborate with other trainers for program consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in professional Java and MERN development.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping others learn and grow their programming skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job location - Remote
Salary - 4 LPA
Work Timings - 9am to 5pm (Monday - Friday) & 10am-12pm (Saturday)
No. of working days - 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday)
