Role and responsibilities include:

Deliver interactive sessions with group(s) of learners on specific topics covered in

the curriculum clubbed with relevant case studies and live examples

Solidify and reinforce understanding of the subject from an industry perspective

Provide hands-on demonstrations during the live session

Clarify students' queries and doubts about the course content

Design and develop curriculum and course material.

Develop and implement instructional strategies and assessments.

Assess student learning and provide feedback to students.

Make lesson plans intuitive and straightforward.

Know how to manage students and always observe each student's learning

progress

Create conditions for students to absorb knowledge quickly

Incorporate quizzes, exams, and project assignments throughout the teaching

process

Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistency in course

design and delivery.

Stay current with trends and developments in the field of computer

science and education.

Participate in departmental and university activities, including committees and

events.
