White Global Services is seeking a talented and enthusiastic MEAN/MERN Stack Developer with 23 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing full-stack applications, working with cutting-edge technologies, and contributing to high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js) or MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stacks.
• API Integration: Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Database Management: Implement, optimize, and maintain NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Front-end Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces with Angular/React.
• Backend Development: Design secure and efficient backend services with Express and Node.js.
• Version Control: Work collaboratively using version control tools like Git.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JSON.
• Experience: 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with MEAN or MERN stack.
• Frontend Frameworks: Expertise in Angular or React.
• Backend Development: Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Database: Working experience with MongoDB.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub/Bitbucket.
• API Development: Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs.
• Testing & Debugging: Good understanding of unit testing frameworks and debugging tools.
• Deployment: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Heroku is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript is an advantage.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines) is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of security best practices in web development.
• Mandatory skills : React.js, Angular, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
