Designation : Merchanting Manager
Location ; Noida, Lucknow & Bhubaneswar
Salary : Up to 6 LPA
Responsibilities
Merchandising and training
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Procure samples from the suppliers, train sales staff about the product and improve the sale pitch.
- Manage the samples inventory and accountability.
- Travel at least 10 days in a month along with the samples and meet key partners.
Order fulfillment and customer relationship management
- Excellent cross functional coordination
- Accountable for high value shipment delivery and payment collection from the assigned territory
- Visit key customers regularly and maintain good relationship
- Assist sales team to generate revenue and meeting sales targets
Qualifications
Any graduation & MBA will be a plus
Require Skills
- Min 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Previous experience with training / sampling/ inventory management in Apparel or Footwear.
- High level of personal accountability in sample management and executional details.
- Business acumen with an entrepreneurial, revenue-generating mindset.
- Ability to build and leverage strong buyer relationships.
