What will you do

Create and lead an innovative merchandising team for Titan EyePlus and provide a vision for new product and category opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification - Postgraduation in Business [MBA]

Experience - 12-16 years of work experience in Merchandising.

Who would your interfaces be

External - Franchisee partners and third-party service providers.

Internal - Regional sales, product, brand, ISCM, IT & BI analytics, support and the IRSG (architect) teams.

Must-Have:

Sales/retail experience

Business acumen

Analytical ability

Experience in vendor management
