- Handling the account of major buyer and communicate for all New Development, Operations, Packaging & Testing.
- To develop the samples as per buyer requirements and market trend.
- Monitor and maintain customers to ensure consistent delivery to business within targets and liaise with all relevant internal departments.
- Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievance to maximum client/buyers satisfaction levels and maintaining excellent relations with clients.
- Reviewing development of fabrics, placing of orders and initiate necessary follow up.
- Make appointments and manage customers meeting effectively and in a focused way.
- Taking care of all the responsibilities from Product Development to Production
- To Work with Customer representatives for New Developments
- Good experience with cost viability of product. Responsible to prepare Costing & TNA for Customers.
- Raw material ordering via WFX
- Cross functional team coordination
- To work with PPC for Capacity & Facility allocation
- Day to day coordination and follow-up with Customer representative as well as Production Team for smooth and on time deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and quality control, to ensure product development and production timelines are met.
- Oversee and manage the merchandising process from order placement to final delivery.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to merchandising activities, including cost estimates, production costs, and quality control expenses.

- Should have very good understanding and knowledge on different types of techniques - traditional & contemporary embroidery styles, various printing processes & techniques, different industrial washes etc.
