We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to work remotely for our growing team. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing merchandise strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring product availability. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the Indian job market. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandise strategies based on market trends and sales data
- Analyze sales data to identify product trends and opportunities for growth
- Ensure product availability by working closely with suppliers and logistics teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Manage product pricing and ensure competitiveness in the market
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the Indian market
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in managing product pricing and inventory levels
