Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to promote our products
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data to determine product trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and availability of products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software
- Knowledge of the Indian retail market and consumer behavior
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
