We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing inventory and driving sales. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies that drive sales and profitability
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to execute merchandising plans
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and track competitor activity to stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Provide input on product development and assortment planning
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces is a plus
