We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. This is a permanent work from home opportunity. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the production and sales of our products, ensuring that they meet customer demand and are profitable. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals
- Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure products are produced and delivered on time
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking as necessary
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize product offerings and pricing
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms
- Create and maintain product catalogs and pricing lists
- Manage the production process from initial concept to final product delivery
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Experience in e-commerce merchandising is a plus
