We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the overall product strategy for our brand. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall product strategy for the brand
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to determine product demand
- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop product concepts and prototypes
- Manage product pricing, promotions, and inventory levels
- Monitor sales performance and adjust product strategy as needed
- Prepare reports on product performance and market trends
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in merchandising or product management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with Indian market trends and consumer behavior
