Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are visually appealing and strategically placed to maximize sales. This is a permanent work from home position, and the ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the job market context of India. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in merchandising or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital merchandising
- Fluent in Hindi and English
