Requirements:
Develop and implement strategic merchandising plans for luxury brands within our portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand positioning.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and drive informed merchandising decisions.
Partner with brand stakeholders to define product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional activities that resonate with target customers and drive sales growth.
Lead the seasonal product planning process, including assortment selection, forecasting, and inventory management, to optimize product availability and minimize stockouts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retail operations, and finance, to execute merchandising initiatives effectively and maximize business impact.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance, sell-through rates, and inventory turnover, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular store visits and market analysis to gather feedback, evaluate merchandising execution, and identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with luxury brands in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle categories.
Knowledge of retail math concepts, including gross margin, markup, and inventory turnover.
Familiarity with merchandising tools and systems, such as retail planning software and inventory management platforms.
