Merchandise Manager

Responsibilities

*Management of product categories like bathrugs , area rugs , throws , dec pillows , storage items.

*Product Development Management in above categories

*Production Management in above categories

*People Management (leading a team of Merchandisers , QC and PD )

*Responsible for Factory relationship

*Responsible for timely execution (PP /TOP)

*Responsible for product quality

*Responsible for ONTIME delivery

Qualifications

*10+ Years of experience as Business Head or Merchandising manager

*In depth technical knowhow of Panipat production

*Proven negotiation skills

*Well versed with US retail customers and their norms

*Excellent command on MS EXCEL (Pivot tables etc) /ERP Softwares

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Confident and Mature personality

*Based in Panipat
