Job Description -Ensure periodic inventory checks and reconciliations and update stock at hand, in-production
Coordinate with the brand team and business team to re-order stocks as per their requirements
Analyze the monthly sales data, forecast demand and plan stock dispatches as per the city need
Exigency planning for last minute requirement from Business, HQ, city teams
Deep-dive into the entire logistic process, including end to end transportation and delivery
Coordinate with the existing logistic partner and resolve bottle-necks that may arise during transit
Forge and sustain excellent work-relationship with the vendors
Negotiate delivery contracts, pricing and payment terms as per the company policies
Ensure proper documentation - PO, Invoice are in accordance of the company policies
-Should be able to work on MS Office suite, more importantly should have good knowledge of MS Excel
-Decision making with limited empirical knowledge
-Good communication and negotiation skills
