Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandise Associate at G.Bhaiyaji India in Aligarh. The Merchandise Associate will be responsible for tasks related to managing and organizing merchandise, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is a plus
- Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree
Merchandiser Responsibilities:
Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
Analyzing sales figures, market trends and customer behavior to determine product needs.
Stocking sales floor shelves and creating attractive product displays.
Determining the need for and implementing product promotions, price changes, markdowns, clear outs, etc.
Ensuring providing well informed details and promotions on product.
Maintaining and tracking inventory.
Liaising between customer and company.
Daily Updating the work in excel, wordpad, etc
Report or presentation making Email Targeting (MARKETING Email) & calls
Making connection & timely taking followup on them
Working: 6 days a week with Sunday off.
Timing: 08:30 am to 05:00pm
