Extract, transform, and analyze data from data warehouses and databases (e.g., BigQuery, Firestore etc.) to support business objectives.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business strategies.

Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools (Looker Studio / Google Data Studio).

Write SQL queries/ Python scripts to extract relevant data from large datasets and ensure efficient data retrieval.

Design and automate ETL processes for smooth data movement and reporting.

Build and maintain automated reporting systems to track KPIs and business performance (e.g. in Google sheets and Dashboards).

Perform ad hoc data analysis to support business queries and decision-making.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance by identifying inconsistencies and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues.

Use statistical methods to conduct A/B testing, predictive modeling, and trend analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to improve processes, products, and customer experiences.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.

3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.

Strong experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

Expertise in data manipulation using Python.

Solid understanding of statistics and experience with A/B testing and hypothesis testing.

Ability to translate complex data into insights and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skill both written and verbal.

Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure)

Familiarity with data governance and ETL processes is advantageous.
