MEPF Engineer

Job description /Role & responsibilities:

• Ensure that the contractor has a system in place to comply with the design requirement & specifications requirement.
• Regular checking and supervision of the work carried out by contractors in terms of specifications, quality standards during progress of work.
• To ensure compliance of all standard engineering practices during work execution.
• Interpreting/ Reviewing of MEPF/ architectural drawings, tender specifications, structural drawings and specifications for an ambiguity.
• To establish quality control procedures by way of check list and quality assurance plan and implementation of the same.
• Evaluate, monitor & implementation of quality control processes.
• Check and certify the material supplied by contractor, test certificates. Document related to quality to be verified.
• Preparing the work progress report on daily basis (DPR).

Essential Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience as an MEPF engineer in handling project related to commercial buildings or High-Rise buildings.
• Hands on experience in Fire Fighting, plumbing, HVAC & Electrical.

Qualification:

• B.E. B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical) with at-least12+ years of experience as an MEP engineer.

Skills:

• MEPF- QA/ QC, QAP, Qty. certification.
• Candidate must have knowledge of MEPF activities, technical specifications, must be able to read CAD drawings.
• Must be able to work out and certify quantities.
• Must have good knowledge of QA/QC implementation, preparing QAP for client.
