MEP TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on MEP systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address potential problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on MEP maintenance experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting MEP systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations.
• Relevant licenses/certifications are a plus.
