MEP Superintendent

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Superintendent located in Pune. The MEP Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our projects. This includes ensuring construction safety compliance, budgeting, project management, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

• Construction Safety, Plumbing, and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge
• Experience in budgeting and project management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Experience with green building practices is a plus
