The purpose of the role includes:-
- To deliver projects using best practice and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
- Planning and design in the field ofMechanical, Electrical, and plumbing (MEP)practice
- Developing policies, standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools for MEP concerns along with preparing, reviewing drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for the mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing
- To work directly with the Client/Vendor to develop the project schedule, define the research instrument (moderator's guide, questionnaire, etc.)
- To develop an analysis plan and coordinate all communications
