Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Manager to oversee industrial MEP projects. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in industrial MEP work. The MEP Manager will be responsible for independently managing projects, coordinating with customers, planning activities, and ensuring successful project execution from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Independently handle and manage industrial MEP projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Execute, monitor, and control projects according to customer requirements and industry standards.
• Attend meetings with customers to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Effectively communicate project progress, updates, and address any concerns raised by the customer.
• Prepare schedules based on customer requirements and plan activities accordingly.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Interact with project stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Be ready for project mobilization as per project requirements, ensuring timely deployment of resources and equipment.
• Coordinate logistics and mobilization plans to meet project deadlines.
• Utilize technical expertise in electrical or mechanical engineering to guide project teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in industrial MEP work.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling processes.
• Willingness to travel and mobilize as per project requirements.

Salary: 40-50k (Depend on experience and F2F Interview)
