B.E /B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with Minimum 7-8 Years of Experience in Project Execution, Vendor Co Ordination/ Vendor Management, Plant Operation/Maintenance, Project Management, Procurement/Purchasing.
Should be acquainted with utilities (like compressed air system, chilled water system, boiler system, WTP,Water supply system, Fire protection system), HVAC, Electrical system
Arranging and attending the Kick Off meeting with internal team and Client.
Documenting and circulating the minutes of the meeting with the relevant stakeholders.
Attending Onsite Visit/ Meeting with the Client. Preparing, Documenting and circulating the minutes of the meeting with all the stake holder
Initiating search for the new vendors and assessing the same with the reporting manager.
Documenting the tender document with relevant project details.
Documenting the Data Sheet with relevant project Details.
Co Coordinating with client if the necessary.
To evaluate & define project scope, goals and deliverables of the project in technical and commercial aspects with a long-term perspective.
Getting overall vision of the project with respect to risk analysis, BOQ, variances if any, Change register, etc.
Ensuring quality control at site as per tender and technical specification. Generating necessary reports for quality control.
Adherence to project schedule and taking corrective action for expediting the project.
Escalating matters / issues to client and contractors and resolving for smooth execution of the project, etc.
Generating cash flow, delay register, issue log on site.
To coordinate team briefings, internal reviews of creative, and all other meetings needed to complete any given project.
Regular communication with project architects and PMO team.
Maintain HSE policy on project as per project requirements.
Exposure to M S Project for scheduling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of mechanical and electrical services.
