- Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering (or related field)
2-3 years of civil engineering experience.
Should have good experience in time management skills to ensure project deadlines are meeting as expected.
As an MEP Engineer for Residential Apartment Construction, you will coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure the functionality, safety, and efficiency of MEP-related activities during execution in the apartment complex.
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of MEP systems during construction.
Monitor contractors to ensure MEP systems are installed according to design specifications and industry standards.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of MEP-related milestones.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the proper functioning of MEP systems.
Address any deficiencies or deviations from the design and take corrective actions as needed.
Ensure that all MEP installations adhere to safety regulations and building codes.
Maintain knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices related to MEP systems.
Maintain accurate documentation of all MEP-related activities, including drawings, reports, and technical data.
