They also prepare and review drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects.
- Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics associated with trade.
Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.- Thorough knowledge of construction procedures and practices
Skills: In-depth technical and practical supervision skills related to Electrical and Mechanical and Electrical Plumbing work with high-end specifications like Luxury villas, 5-star hotels, and residential buildings.
